This summer has been absolutely beautiful for all of us here in Durham, but I have to say that I have been really unlucky on the days that I have had a photo shoot. One thing I never expected about being a photographer is how much you sweat. It really is a little bit of a workout. If you think I am joking then come work a wedding with me and I promise you will screaming uncle by the end of the night.
We were all a little perspired by the end of this family session, but really had a great time. Working with three kids under the age of two on a photo shoot takes a little bit of patience, but they all smile eventually even if its not at the same time. I am thankful for this family’s flexibility because it really makes a difference. I like to control a shoot as much as I can but you really never know how much children will cooperate. We at least managed to laugh at lot, although mostly at ourselves for trying to corral three one-year-olds.
